Returns and Refunds
1. Return period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept your return request.
2. Return conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For personalized or clearance items, no returns or refunds will be accepted, except in the event of an error or manufacturing defect on our part.
3. Manufacturing error or defect
In the event of a proven manufacturing error or defect, we offer either a refund or a return of the item in question. Minor or cosmetic defects that do not affect the normal use of the product are not eligible for a refund.
Evidence (photos or videos) of the error or defect will be requested to process your request.
4. Reimbursement
A refund is possible for valid reasons, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, no refunds will be given.
Personalized items are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.
