General conditions of sale
1. Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded through the Qinlo website, Sole Proprietorship, contact address: support@qinlo.fr. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.
2. Products
Qinlo offers clothing, including soccer jerseys, with the possibility of expanding to other types of clothing in the future. Product descriptions, including sizes, colors, and materials, are available on our website. Qinlo strives to provide accurate information, but cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of product representations.
3. Orders
Orders are placed directly on our website. An order is only validated after receipt of payment. For pre-orders, delivery times can range from 5 to 8 weeks. Standard orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days. Qinlo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a payment dispute regarding a previous order.
4. Price and Payment
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Qinlo reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed. Payment is made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the website. Payment must be made in full before the products are shipped.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Qinlo undertakes to respect the delivery times mentioned, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
6. Right of withdrawal
Although current legislation requires a 14-day period, we grant our customers a period of 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized items. The customer must return the products in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.) to obtain a refund. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defect or error on our part.
7. Warranty
Products sold by Qinlo are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of receipt of the order. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or improper maintenance. In the event of a defect, the customer can request an exchange or refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Qinlo website, including models, logos, and designs, are the exclusive property of Qinlo. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of these elements is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability
Qinlo shall not be liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products. Qinlo's liability under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed an amount equal to the sums paid or payable during the transaction giving rise to said liability.
10. Protection of personal data
Qinlo is committed to protecting its customers' personal data. The information collected is necessary for order processing and may be used for commercial communication purposes. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
11. Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts will have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
12. Modification of the T&Cs
Qinlo reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new terms will apply to any order placed after their publication on the website.
