Pre-order – How does it work?
We use a pre-order system to offer authentic and exclusive products while limiting production to what our customers actually want. This means that each item is made especially for you, reducing waste and ensuring the highest quality.
Here are the detailed steps for your purchase:
1. The pre-order period (10 days)
A "drop" represents a limited and exclusive collection that is only available during a defined period. For 10 days, you can order the products from this collection. Once this period has elapsed, orders are closed and the collection is no longer available.
These products will only be made for pre-ordered customers. However, there may be re-releases or limited stock available in future drops, but this is not guaranteed.
2. Manufacturing (3 to 6 weeks)
Once the pre-order period is over, we start manufacturing. This step, which ensures the superior quality of each product, lasts between 3 and 6 weeks.
3. Export to our logistics center (1 to 2 weeks)
After manufacturing, your products are shipped to our logistics center. This transport generally takes between 1 and 2 weeks.
4. Preparation and shipping (less than 5 days)
Upon arrival at our center, your orders are carefully prepared and ready to ship in less than 5 days.
5. Delivery to your home (2 to 4 working days)
Once shipped, your order will arrive quickly:
- 2 to 3 working days in France
- 3 to 4 working days in other European countries
General lead times: 5 to 8 weeks
From pre-order to receipt at your home, the total time generally varies between 5 and 8 weeks. We will inform you at each key stage: end of manufacturing, shipping to our logistics center, preparation, and final shipment.
If you find the delay too long:
We understand that this may seem like a long time for some customers. If this is the case, you have the option to request a refund before your order is shipped. However, please note that if you change your mind after cancelling, we cannot guarantee that the previously ordered product will be available again.
